Workshops and Individual Coaching
Inner work (sometimes called shadow work) can be life changing.
It is also extremely challenging.
It is nevertheless critically important if we wish to be fully present to others and to ourselves.
Through workshops and individual coaching, I provide resources for undoing the knots which prevent you fully accessing the Life Force within you.
